Model Cancellation Form

Use this form only if you are a Consumer cancelling an eligible distance contract within the statutory period. You normally have 14 days after physical delivery to tell us, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions may apply, including genuinely bespoke goods. Faulty or misdescribed goods should be reported under the Refund and Returns Policy; cancellation is not your only remedy.

Email the completed information to [email protected] or post it to the Hartlepool address above. Keep evidence of sending. You do not have to use this form: any clear statement identifying the order and decision to cancel is sufficient.

Do not send goods until we issue return instructions and the correct RMA address. Use suitable tracked and insured carriage.

The return-cost disclosure, permitted diminished-value rules, refund method and timing are in the Refund and Returns Policy. A restocking charge does not apply to a valid Consumer cancellation. Nothing on this page limits fault, safety or other non-excludable rights.
