Consumer and Marketplace Sales Policy

A Consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A Business Customer acts wholly or mainly for such a purpose. Actual purpose and the way the product is offered control; an invoice, feed entry, analytics tag, company field or automated account label cannot manufacture or remove Consumer status.

ASIC miners are often industrial equipment, but that fact alone does not make every buyer a business. Products expressly promoted as suitable for home miners are treated as capable of Consumer sale.

Our direct website is primarily B2B. We may reject or cancel an unsupported Consumer order before acceptance and direct the buyer to a supported marketplace. If we accept a genuine Consumer contract, all mandatory rights apply.

WooCommerce may record referral source and an automated status. Returning customers ordering directly are reassessed for the new transaction; they are not automatically B2B because a previous order came from Google, eBay or Amazon.

Qualifying Consumer offers through Google Merchant, eBay and Amazon follow mandatory law, the accepted listing and the platform rules. Payment stays inside eBay or Amazon. The website sells new equipment; used or refurbished goods may be listed on eBay with explicit condition and a 30-day commercial warranty additional to statutory rights.

Google Analytics and tags may support attribution but are evidence only. A Consumer who loses a tag or returns directly does not thereby lose legal status.

Consumers receive applicable pre-contract information, delivery protection, eligible 14-day distance cancellation, fault remedies and fair complaint handling. B2B change-of-mind returns are discretionary.

We retain the listing, accepted terms, source record, Order Confirmation and classification reason. A Customer may challenge classification through the Complaints Procedure. Mandatory law prevails.
